Today’s Geek shirt is not only brimming with sci-fi sweetness but is equally intriguing for movie buffs. It’s from Kindred T-shirts and is entitled ‘Time to Make Donuts!’. And while you may not be familiar with Soylent Green, you are most definitely familiar with Charlston Heston. Yes, the man who gave us “Take your stinking paws off me you damn dirty ape” ended this flick with the declaration “Soylent Green, IT’S PEOPLE!” (imagine a man who’s been suffering constipation for years being told that there are several over the counter remedies and you’ve about got the correct vocal inflection here). Now if we could just get a T-Shirt which appropriately sets up Zardoz and my cheesy 70’s sci-fi wardrobe would be complete.
