I want to make one thing very clear: if, at some future date, grainy home footage of me bawling my eyes out while watching ET should ever surface I have a very good reason. You see, I had salt from the popcorn on my hands. During that whole “look, they’re riding their bicycles through the air” bit I had rubbed my eyes in boredom. I ended up getting salt in my eyes and, by golly, it stung like Jimmy Wales’ ex. And just because it happened yesterday doesn’t mean I’m some emotional man-child stuck in a state of arrested development – I’m just big boned.
